FLEXIBLE VENUE RENTAL

Create your event your way. Choose your own caterer and vendors, or take advantage of our available catering and professional event services.

 

Venue Rental Pricing Starts At:

• Monday–Thursday: $1,500

• Friday: $2,000

• Saturday: $2,500

 

Pricing may vary depending on the date, number of rental hours, guest count, and specific event requirements. Customized quotes are available.

 

Additional Fees May Include:

• Event insurance: $125 per event

• Service and cleaning fee: Starting at $300

• Hall is available as a space or with full catering service

 

CATERING AND BAR SERVICES

Catering packages are available as an optional addition to the venue rental.

Packages start at $35 per person and may vary depending on the menu selection, guest count, and service requirements. Sample catering packages are available upon request.

Prefer to use your own caterer? Outside catering is welcome. Our fully equipped kitchen is available for outside caterers for an additional $500 kitchen rental fee.

BYOB is also available. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages, subject to venue policies and applicable legal requirements.

Professional waitresses and bartenders are available for an additional fee. Service options can be customized according to your event needs, guest count, and service requirements.

 

EVENT DESIGN AND DÉCOR

Professional event décor and floral design are available separately through Heather NY.

Whether your style is elegant, modern, romantic, or completely customized, Heather NY can help transform The Linden Banquet into a beautiful setting that reflects your celebration and personal vision.

Décor and floral services are priced separately and are not included in the venue rental fee.

 

DJ SERVICES

Professional DJ services are available for an additional fee. You are also welcome to bring your own DJ, subject to venue policies and requirements.
